Mariah Crenshaw and Dr. Richard Montgomery filed affidavits yesterday with Euclid Municipal Court to have Euclid Officer Matthew Rhodes arrested for the death of Luke Stewart an unarmed African American man found asleep in his car.

Citizens file an affidavit to make a citizen's arrest of a Euclid police officer for a 2017 shooting.
