Here's how to become an HCV Landlord Partner:
📢Advertise: List your property and include that vouchers are welcome.
✅Screen: You screen applicants just as you would any other tenant.
🔎Complete, Submit & Inspect: Complete the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) with the tenant, email us the RFTA packet, and we'll schedule a mandatory HQS Inspection.
📝Sign: Once the unit passes and you sign the HAP Contract, your new tenant can move in and payments will begin!
