Kelvin Smith Library opened in 1996 as the central library for the university, with a focus on collaborative spaces for its researchers. The 30 miles of compact shelving, custom furniture groupings, abundant light, striking interior design, are just some of the hallmarks of the building. tems. It manages collections and services for the College of Arts and Sciences, the Case School of Engineering, the Weatherhead School of Management, and central administration. One of the 6 original founders of OhioLINK, the state academic consortium, Case contributes to resource sharing and offers the wealth of the OhioLINK 45-million item shared collections to its faculty, staff, and students.
