Black Fox Elementary serves 450 kindergarten through fifth graders and 38 preschoolers, who are the focus of everything we do. We are proud of our children, teachers, and parents and the great accomplishments we have made together. Bradley County Schools Families,

Due to heat-related concerns, Bradley County Schools will dismiss early on Friday, September 4, 2026.

Elementary Schools: Dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
Middle & High Schools: Dismiss at 12:15 p.m.

All childcare will not operate on early dismissal days.
This includes- Big City University, Boys and Girls Club, and YMCA After School.

All after-school activities will continue as scheduled. Athletic activities will follow TSSAA heat guidelines to ensure the safety of our student-athletes.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our families as we make this adjustment with the safety of our students and staff in mind. Please plan accordingly for Friday's early dismissal.

Our beginning-of-the-year goal was to earn 1,000 Accelerated Reader points—and our students absolutely blew that goal away by earning more than 4,000 AR points! 🤩📖
What better way to celebrate this incredible accomplishment than with a little fun in the sun? ☀️ Our students celebrated their hard work and love of reading with an”AR Kick Off Celebration”! 🫧

Telemedicine Online Consents are available to be filled out for this school year.
Verbal consent has to be obtained from a guardian before a visit even if we already have online consent.
