Please provide COPIES of the following information:
(We will not make copies at the store)

❖ State Picture ID for yourself & Birth Certificates for each child
❖ Copies of ALL/ANY income – include employment, unemployment, all Social Security award letters, child support, food stamps (SNAP letter), or any other source of income for the household
❖ Copies of custody papers showing that you are the Guardian or custodial parent
❖ Copies of ALL bills paid in the household (Rent/mortgage, phone bill, utilities, insurance, car payment, loan payments, medical bills, etc.)

Bolivar, Coahoma, Humphreys, Quitman, Sunflower, and Washington Counties.

**Salvation Army To Close Cleveland Service Center On June 13, 2024**
The Salvation Army has rescheduled the planned closure of its Service Center located at 121 S. Davis Ave in Cleveland. Initially slated to close on June 21st, the closure has been moved up due to the swift sales of the remainder of its merchandise.
The Salvation Army Cleveland Service Center's staff and volunteers have been grateful for the opportunity to work alongside and serve this community. The Salvation Army Greenwood Corps will continue to offer assistance to local individuals and families in need.
