Driven by a powerful vision to support, nurture, and empower women, Hailey founded Project Free 2 Fly in 2014 - growing it from a grassroots effort into a thriving organization with a permanent home in downtown Cleveland.
Under her leadership, Project Free2Fly has created a one-of-a-kind transitional program that bridges the gap between crisis recovery and long-term independence. Serving women overcoming homelessness, addiction, crisis pregnancy, and more, the program has transformed lives in truly meaningful ways.

• 100% of graduates leave with stable housing, employment, and a sustainable plan for the future
Each graduate also gains the lifelong skill of sewing, empowering them with both creativity and independence.
Hailey’s commitment extends beyond her organization. By partnering with over 20 community organizations and serving as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Rotary Club of Cleveland - TN, she works to strengthen and uplift her entire community.
