Bradley County Building Inspections Bradley County Building Department was formed in 1993 to maintain safe buildings for the safety of the people of Bradley County.

We are located in the basement of the Courthouse Annex, enter on 1st Street. Working together to make it better for all. We are the building Department for Bradley County Tennessee. We do the Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Gas Piping inspections for the safety of the public at large. Not only do we do the inspections our department also takes care of zoning, Planning, and addressing for the County.

We are the building inspections department for Bradley County Tennessee. We work under the purview of the Planning Department, and are responsible for the Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Energy and Gas Piping inspections, for new and renovated building construction for residential, commercial, and industrial. The planning and Inspections division also oversee’s the planning of subdivision of property, zoning, stormwater and floodplain management, as well as addressing for Bradley County. We all strive to make Bradley County a better place to live, work, and play.
