As a LEAP student, you will have the opportunity to utilize specialized services that are not available to the general student population, including a career coach, peer mentor, and private tutors designed for your academic and career success. LEAP will provide the following holistic services:

Under the direction of Dr. Angela Waltrip, participation in LEAP is currently limited to serve 140 undergraduate students each academic year at Lee University. Interested students must submit an application along with all supporting documentations in order to be considered for LEAP. Participants are selected through a holistic review process and applicants may be called for an interview. Meeting the eligibility criteria and having an interview does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If you meet the criteria for eligibility but aren't admitted due to capacity, you will be placed on our wait list.
