🐻 We are aware of the multiple sightings of a bear in Cleveland this week. We thought we would handle a few FAQs...

🔺Can I pet that bear?? No... leave it alone.
🔺Should I call when I see it?? Unless it is causing a disturbance or danger, let it be a bear.
🔺Will Animal Control catch it? Bears fall under TWRA authority so we will leave that to them if it needs captured.
🔺If it's captured, can I adopt it? No... but we have many other furry friends at Cleveland TN Animal Control Division who you can name Bear and take home with you!

So if you see the bear, stay clear, enjoy nature, and maybe secure any picnic baskets. 🧺 🍉 🍯
