2019 - Annual Police Week Tour at the Houston Police Academy for the residents and staff at Woodlands Park Nursing Home. This is the fourth year that Inspiring Hope Outreach and community volunteers supported this outing for the residents. I am blessed to work with these faithful volunteers.

As a retired Police Sergeant, I spent the last 8 years of my 27 years of service as a Sergeant at the Houston Police Academy. With heartfelt gratitude, I appreciate my former staff members and all the dedicated Police Officers and Police Cadets who helped and greeted the participants with kindness and professionalism this year, and the previous years. They positively touched and changed the lives of these individuals. Always Thankful!

The 2019 Inspiring Hope Outreach (Wright-Way Community Development) Annual Free Backpack and Free Clothes Community Event was an overwhelming success. We served over 200 children and their families. Thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers who support this event. A special thanks to TJMax and staff who have supported Wright-way Community Development and the Free Backpack and Free Clothes Event during the previous years. Doing the right thing in 2020! Reaching out to help others. Special thanks to the volunteers of Caring from the Heart Women Ministry and Inspiring Hope Outreach of WWCD for their continued support. For six years, this organization supported monthly worship services, community outreach events and needed resources to the aged and disabled in Nursing Homes. Although we were limited by the pandemic, we continued to provide snacks and clothes to the residents.

2020 - Inspiring Hope Outreach and Caring from the Heart Women Ministry still reaching out to help others in the community during the pandemic. Special thanks to all the faithful volunteers and sponsors who donated gifts and supplies for the residents and nursing staff at Woodlands Park Nursing Home. Over 130 Christmas gifts were delivered. A heartfelt thanks to the young missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who supported this community event. Much love to everyone.
