The mission of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Cleveland is to provide advocacy, professional development, networking and economic savings opportunities for its members. BOMA focuses on five main benefits for its members:

Professional Development –Your membership ensures being kept up to date on the vast array of issues affecting the commercial real estate industry through seminars, educational programs, and publications. The weekly BOMA Bulletin email and our quarterly Inside BOMA Newsletter provide up-to-date industry news, a schedule of upcoming events and meetings, and other information to assist you and your company. The BOMA Hotline Alert program notifies security directors in member buildings of incidents in and around member buildings. Networking - Networking opportunities are another key element of BOMA membership. Whether it is at a monthly general membership meeting, the annual Trade Show or the annual golf outing, you will gain as much value from networking with your peers as from the structured programs BOMA offers.
