Attention contractors 📣
Bids are being accepted by our partner Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation for the construction of up to five homes. These bids are due by February 25th at noon!

We are now accepting sealed bids for house plans around 1,190 sq. ft. to build up to five single-family homes in Bradley County.

Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation, Inc. is seeking licensed and bonded contractors to submit bids for this affordable housing development project.

Bids will be accepted until February 25th at 12:00 noon.

Specifications and blueprints are available at our office located at 155 6th Street S.E., Cleveland, TN or by calling (423) 479-4111 ext. 107.

Out of an abundance of caution, and for the safety of the public and our employees, all Bradley County Government offices will be closed on Monday, February 2, due to continued hazardous road conditions.

While many main and state roads are clear, a large number of back roads and rural county roads remain iced over and unsafe for travel. With temperatures expected to stay below freezing until tomorrow afternoon, these areas are unlikely to improve until later in the day. Anything frozen now will likely remain frozen until then.

Please use caution if you must be out. County offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 3, for regular business hours. Stay safe and warm.

When concerns arise, our team works quickly with case management to reconnect utilities, address emerging needs, and link clients to vital resources. It’s a simple visit that often makes a life-changing difference.
