It takes a community to help students thrive.

A heartfelt thank you to for organizing a backpack and school supply drive for students at Heskett Middle School, Bedford, Oh. We were honored to help distribute supplies this morning and send students into the new school year feeling prepared, confident, and supported.

We're also excited to partner together on financial literacy and career readiness programming this year, helping students build skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.

When community partners invest in our young people, everyone benefits. 💙

What does it take to prepare students for the financial decisions they'll face as adults?

At our Volunteer Kickoff last week, new and returning volunteers got a firsthand look at our JA Finance Park simulation, where students step into the role of an adult and navigate real-world financial choices, from budgeting and housing to transportation and savings.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a simulation preview. We're excited to welcome students back to the JA Experiential Learning Center and grateful for the volunteers who help bring these experiences to life.

As we gear up for a new school year, we took a day to invest in our team.

A big thank you to Steve Schmidt for leading us through the Predictive Index and challenging us to think differently about how we communicate, collaborate, and show up for one another.

There were great conversations, a few uncomfortable truths, and tons of valuable insights. Then, to cap off the day, we celebrated a Guardians win!

Most importantly, the day reminded us of the strength of our teamwork and the momentum we've built together this summer. We're energized for the year ahead and can't wait to help more young people gain the skills, confidence, and connections they need to create opportunity-filled futures.

Our newest survey with Ipsos found that students are optimistic about the future, but they also want learning that prepares them for a rapidly changing world. The findings offer an important look at how students view AI, career readiness, and experiential learning.
