Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Today, my heart is especially with our Active-Duty service members standing watch around the world—on bases, posts, ships, and in far-off places—spending this holiday away from home so the rest of us can gather in peace.
And to the families on the home front: we see you. To every spouse carrying the weight of both mom and dad while your loved one serves, to every child missing a parent at the table, and to every family holding things together with courage and grace—your sacrifice is real, and it matters. Military families serve too.
To our Veterans and your families across the world—thank you. Your service, your resilience, and your legacy continue to protect freedom long after the uniform comes off. We honor you today with deep gratitude.
