We provide families facing the crisis of homelessness with a safe place designed to engage, inspire,

Family Promise of Greater Cleveland helps homeless families transform their lives. By providing temporary housing and family stability services, such as employment and life-skills programs, families can quickly obtain and sustain stable housing. We keep all types of families together during the crisis of homelessness and provide individualized blends of services during and after their Family Promise stay to help them achieve long-term family stability. Each year, we help more an average of 75 families to achieve a positive housing outcome.

This week, we are highlighting Yasmin, our Finance & HR Coordinator!

Yasmin is truly one of those people who makes every day at Family Promise a little brighter. She is incredibly kind, always willing to help, wonderfully organized, and has a natural gift for connecting with the children and families we serve. Whether she’s keeping our finances and HR processes on track or lending a helping hand around the office, Yasmin brings care and positivity to everything she does. No matter what comes her way, Yasmin handles it with patience, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed!

Yasmin has also shared her beautiful Brazilian culture with our team, giving us the opportunity to learn, celebrate, and appreciate the traditions that are important to her.

We are so lucky to have Yasmin on our team! Her kindness, adaptability, organization, and joyful spirit make life at Family Promise so much better. Thank you for everything you do, Yasmin! 💙

Two members of the Family Promise of Greater Cleveland team had the pleasure of attending Motivated and Empowered Inc. Ivory Night on the Rooftop Friday evening! 🤍

The evening was a beautiful celebration of 15 years of Motivated and Empowered’s impact and 10 years of their work here in Cleveland. We were honored to gather alongside community partners, advocates, and supporters to celebrate the incredible work being done to create hope, opportunity, and stability for youth and families.

We’re grateful to connect with community partners who share our commitment to helping families thrive. Congratulations to Motivated and Empowered Inc. on this incredible milestone! 🥂

"When a family experiences homelessness, the challenge isn't simply finding a roof.

Families may also be navigating other barriers like employment, childcare, transportation, and healthcare—all while trying to give their children a sense of safety and normalcy.

That's why Family Promise of Greater Cleveland is more than a place to stay. Our families receive individualized support designed to help them move toward permanent housing and greater stability.

BOO at the BREW is our signature fundraiser helping us make sure more families have the opportunity to move forward.

Spending so much time together means we’ve started to pick up on each other’s style!

“Twinning” has become a fun and frequent occurrence among our staff. 👯‍♀️✨ This is just a glimpse of the many days when we’ve shown up wearing similar colors, patterns, or styles without even planning it!

It’s a small but fun reflection of the close-knit team we’ve built. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside one another, support each other, and share plenty of laughs along the way! 💙
