Due to the mill and overlay portion of the construction project. The City has scheduled street sweeping for Monday, June 15th, beginning at approximately 6:00 am or 7:00 a.m. the streets that will be swept are Broadway Street from Hwy 99 to Sixth Street and Sixth Street down to the school.

To help ensure the streets are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, please remove all vehicles from the street. Thank you.

On Tuesday, May 26th and Wednesday, May 27th crews will be working to replace water valve componets along Sixth St. and Columbia St. as well by sixth St. and East Main St.

Motorists are asked to watch for road closures and detours in the area while this work is being completed.

The water tower will be undergoing routine maintenance on Monday, May 18th and Tuesday, May 19th. During this time, residents may notice occasional fluctuations in water pressure.

To help minimize pressure changes throughout the system, we ask that you please limit excess water usage when possible during the maintenance period.

Public Works will start flushing hydrants starting Today, May 5th and Tomorrow, May 6th. This process can sometimes cause discolored water and a loss of water pressure inside your home or business. You may want to be cautious about laundering white or light colored clothing. Thank you for understanding.

Road Closure Update

We have received word that Great MN Energy has announced that Hwy 15/10th Street will be closed on Monday, April 20th at Noon into Tuesday, April 21st until work has been completed.

Detour Information:
• General traffic will be rerouted down Columbia to 6th Street
• Truck traffic will be rerouted out onto 18

Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use caution in the area.

The City has scheduled street sweeping for Tuesday, April 21st, beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. Crews are expected to start earlier in the school area, between 6:00–7:00 a.m.

To help ensure the streets are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, please remove all vehicles from the street.
