Walk, Bike, Stroll to Work - Wednesday, October 4, 7:30 am, Public Square. Celebrate the National Week Without Driving with Bike Cleveland, Clevelanders for Public Transit, the Northeast Ohio Coalition of Disability Organizations, and Youth Challenge! They will be in Public Square on Wednesday morning from 7:30am-9:00am to treat all car-free commuters to donuts & coffee. Come learn more about the organizations fighting for equitable mobility across the region.

Cleveland Heights Named a "2022 Regional Champion" by Vibrant NEO
The City won the “Increase Transportation Choice” award for its nationally-recognized Complete and Green Streets Policy/Vision Zero Ordinance.
Mayor Kahlil Seren received the award on the City’s behalf. Cleveland Heights Director of Public Works Collette Clinkscale, Director of Planning and Development Eric Zamft, and Cleveland Heights Transportation and Environmental Sustainability Committee member Howard Maier. Maier is a former Cleveland Heights Planning Director and former Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio Area Coordinating Agency (NOACA), and the committee on which he serves was instrumental in supporting City Council’s adoption of the Complete and Green Streets policy in 2018.
