On Tuesday, September 22, we will come together for the Women’s Giving Alliance Grant Awards Banquet: America the Beautiful – Celebrating Revolutionary Women.

We are busy putting the finishing touches on what promises to be a beautiful evening, and we want to make sure we’re ready for YOU!

This evening is truly the culmination of our collective giving. It is our opportunity to see generosity in action as we celebrate the incredible local nonprofits receiving grants and the lives of women and children throughout South Lake County that will be impacted because women in our community chose to give together.

As our nation commemorates America’s 250th anniversary, we will honor the powerful women—past and present—whose courage, leadership, generosity, and determination have helped shape our communities and our country.

And, of course, we get to celebrate each other!

Every WGA member is part of this story. Together, we have pooled our resources, strengthened local nonprofits, and demonstrated what can happen when women come together with a shared purpose.

What a fabulous evening at Betty J’s Flower Shop in Winter Garden! 💐🌸🌷

We laughed, got creative, and designed beautiful flower arrangements, but the best part was simply spending time together. There’s something special about gathering with an incredible group of women, trying something new, and sharing plenty of fun along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to Sandy for leading another wonderful class. Your talent and passion made the evening truly special!
