Lake Crescent Pines was built in 1995 and is considered a rural area of Clermont, FL. We are outside of the city limits and Lake County Sheriff is our police department. The community has 104 homes and is deed restricted with an active Homeowners Association. The location provides access to a boat ramp on Hull Road, the Scrub Jay Conservation area, plenty of shopping as well as the National Traini

ng Center and Lake Louisa Park. Many owners are raising their families here, and we also have some residents enjoying retirement.
