In case you thought Chicago Fire and every other firefighting TV show was accurate on the working conditions ... They aren't. So we train!

Visibility inside is often non-existent so we go through training to get familiar working blind. Inside these sweet trailers are mazes that represent house or building layouts. Often, like this one, you'll have multiple floors staged so you train in tight places. Booker Noe and Clermont fire brigade spent the day working rescues with the help of the Chief Blevins and FF Dale at their facility.

Shout-out to both teams and helping their new members power through.

Huge thank you to the guys at Shepherdsville FD for sharing not only their amazing facility but their knowledge with us. As the nature of our product is highly flammable, fire training is crucial to making sure we protect those who make the world's best bourbon.

We were like kids with a shiny new toy yesterday! We want to give a huge thank you to Vogelpohl Fire Equipment for building our new CET Fire Pumps, Mfg. Brush Truck. This Ford F-550 is equipped with a CET Skid unit with a 20hp Honda Engine, a foam system with a 10-gallon foam cell, a 300-gallon water tank, an electric rewind hose reel, and plenty of storage.

Another awesome fish derby! Such a joy to get out and connecting while serving in the community. We had a great turn out and thankfully our biggest job was hydrating the little fishermen with Popsicles.

Huge thank you to the Kentucky Comservation office and Bullitt Rod and Gun Club for organizing the event.
