Let's be honest... nobody gets excited about talking about death and taxes. But learning how to plan for the future and understand land tax valuations is one of the best ways to protect your family, land, and legacy.

Last week, we hosted our Land & Legacy Workshop (sponsored by Ten Box Bees), where Dr. Johnson shared valuable information on estate planning for farm and ranch operations and provided in-depth resources to help families prepare for the future. We also welcomed Mitch Fast, the new Chief Appraiser for the Johnson County CAD, who answered questions and offered helpful insight into agricultural and wildlife tax valuations and exemptions.
