We are excited to celebrate two outstanding members of the Santa Fe Elementary family!

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Ruby Jimenez, and our Paraprofessional of the Year, Daniella Aguilar!

Mrs. Jimenez, our 4th grade bilingual reading teacher, works tirelessly to ensure her students grow as confident readers and thinkers. Her dedication to bilingual education, strong relationships with students, and commitment to high-quality instruction make a lasting impact in her classroom and across our campus.

Mrs. Aguilar, our campus receptionist, is often the first smiling face families see when they walk through our doors. She keeps the front office running smoothly while welcoming students, staff, and visitors with kindness and professionalism each day.

Even more special—Ruby and Daniella are sisters! We are so fortunate that this incredible family shares their talents and hearts with the Santa Fe community.

Please join us in congratulating them on this well-deserved recognition!

We are so blessed to have Officer Jones serving at Santa Fe! Whether he is giving out stickers as students enter the building, walking the school perimeter to make sure doors are secure, or volunteering time at an after school event, Officer Jones always goes above and beyond for our kids. Thank you Officer Jones for all you do to keep our staff and students safe!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 11th and share with your family and friends when the In-N-Out truck rolls into Santa Fe Elementary for Family Burger Night!

Meal Tickets are just $8 each and include:
Hamburger or Cheeseburger
Chips
Drink

75% of each meal ticket goes directly to Santa Fe Elementary to purchase classroom resources for our students.

Tickets must be purchased in advance by Tuesday, November 4th! There are a limited number of tickets, and they won’t be available on the day of the event.

Order forms will be sent home with students tomorrow, or you can grab one from the office. Meal tickets can be purchased with cash or by check payable to Santa Fe PTA and submitted to the front office.

Don't miss this chance for a great meal and support or school!

¡Apunta la fecha en tu calendario: martes 11 de noviembre! Comparte con tu familia y amigos la llegada del camión de In-N-Out a la escuela primaria Santa Fe para la Noche Familiar de Hamburguesas.

Los boletos cuestan solo $8 cada uno e incluyen:

Bebida

El 75% de cada boleto se destinará directamente a la Primaria Santa Fe para la compra de materiales escolares para nuestros estudiantes.

🎃 Santa Fe Elementary Fall Festival – Thursday, October 30th | 5:00–7:00 PM 🎃

Join us for an evening of food, fun, and games at our annual Fall Festival!

Families can purchase all-you-can-play wristbands for $10 each, or $5 for each additional child in the same family.
All pre-sale wristbands must be purchased by Tuesday, October 28th. Wristbands at the gate will be $10 each.

Tickets to the Haunted Kitchen will be sold separately at the event for $1.00 per visit.

We also need your help to make this year’s event a success!
Each class is collecting donations:

Pre-K & Kindergarten: Individually wrapped candy and boxes of snack cakes (like Little Debbie)

1st–4th Grade: Individually wrapped candy and 2-liter bottles of soda

The class that brings in the most items will win a special Play Time Party with Mrs. Inabinet!
Please send all donations to your child’s teacher by Monday, October 28th.

¡Acompáñenos para una noche de comida, diversión y juegos en nuestro Festival de Otoño anual!

Las familias pueden comprar pulseras de juegos ilimitados por $10 cada una, o $5 por cada niño adicional en la misma familia.
Todas las pulseras de preventa deben comprarse antes del martes 28 de octubre. Las pulseras en la entrada costarán $10 cada una.

Los boletos para la Cocina Embrujada (Haunted Kitchen) se venderán por separado en el evento por $1.00 por visita.

Thank you to all our parents who are able to participate in parent conferences over today and tomorrow. We love talking about your child's progress and we are so thankful and blessed to get to work alongside you to help your kids reach their full potential. I also wanted to make sure to give a few important reminders
-
There is no school for students on Friday (10/10/25) and no school on Monday (10/13/25).

- Picture day is on Wednesday (10/15/25)

- More info to come on this soon, but go ahead and save the date for this year's Fall Festival. That date will be October 30th. Again, more information to come soon on that.

Gracias a todos los padres que pudieron participar en las conferencias de padres hoy y mañana. Nos encanta hablar sobre el progreso de sus hijos y estamos muy agradecidos y bendecidos de poder trabajar con ustedes para ayudarlos a alcanzar su máximo potencial. También quería darles algunos recordatorios importantes:

- No hay clases para los estudiantes el viernes (10/10/25) ni el lunes (10/13/25).

- El día de las fotos es el miércoles (10/15/25).

Early Release & Student Holidays

Thursday, October 9: Early release at 1:00 PM.

Car riders: Please plan for 1:00 PM pickup.

Buses: Will run normal routes at 1:00 PM.

No school for students: Friday, October 10 and Monday, October 13. Classes resume Tuesday, October 14.
