The city of Clearwater’s Community Redevelopment Agency aims to promote Downtown Clearwater’s ongoing neighborhood revitalization through programs and initiatives that strengthen and stimulate our local economy and environment. Downtown Clearwater, historically the Pinellas County seat and center of commercial and social activity on Florida’s West Coast, now known as the Cleveland Street District

in downtown Clearwater has a $10+ million streetscape. Just east of the Clearwater Harbor bluff, it is the perfect setting for the unique mix of shopping and dining enterprises that are restoring and preserving the district's distinctive character. A public art program and world class live entertainment at the Capitol Theatre offer pleasures for the eyes and ears and lushly landscaped medians and sidewalks provide cool places in an urban setting. The Clearwater Harbor Marina creates a vital link between the District’s new enterprises and the city’s spectacular waterfront.

Check out the new Clearwater High graduation mural now featured at Coachman Park as part of Grad Chalk Walk 2026. Created by artist Holland King ( ), the mural celebrates Tornado pride and the memories made throughout graduation season.

Stop by Coachman Park, snap some photos, and celebrate the Class of 2026 with classmates, family, and friends. Visitors can also view a featured 3D artwork installation created by Laura Thomas ()().
