Portions of the sidewalk around Forrest Run Park will be closed on a rolling basis for sidewalk repairs over the next few months. The playground and park amenities will still be accessible throughout this time. We thank you for your patience as we keep our parks bright and beautiful.

Community Family Fun Night returns to Buccaneer Field Saturday, Oct. 24 from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. This free event will feature games, community tables, inflatables, food and more.

The Florida Sports Foundation recognized the city of Clearwater's Parks and Recreation teams with a Florida Recreation and Park Association's Sports Tourism Award at the annual FRPA Conference.

The award recognizes Clearwater as a mid-to-large market destination and home to the Eddie C. Moore Complex, which hosted 28 softball events between April 2025 and March 2026. The nomination was made by Visit St. Pete-Clearwater. (Thank you, VSPC, for the shout-out!)
