Institutional emptiness feels sterile - lacking human comfort - to me. I like colorful, meaningful items. I (Ann Marie) embellished the cabinet tops at the Senior Center. Greatly missed Janet Nelson owned the apple canisters I purchased from her daughter. The other items came from a local rummage sale. Yes, they are dust catchers that I will personally clean annually. Who will notice? Me. Maybe a few others and that’s perfectly o.k.

Placing of the poppies as over 600 Clearbrook area, deceased veterans names from Civil War to today are read. One name was my uncle’s - Durwood Peterson who served in the Korean War.
