Celebrating 25 Years of Service: Lieutenant Colonel Mann!

Lieutenant Colonel Mann joined the St. Louis County Police Department in 2001 as a Police Aide and later became a Police Officer in the North County Precinct. Today, Lieutenant Colonel Mann serves as the Commander of Operational Support.
