We were fortunate to have Ana Cutillas Guallar, a foreign exchange student at Thousand Islands High School this year, speak to us recently about her experiences here in Clayton and more broadly in the US.

We are so grateful to from her host family, for arranging the presentation. We are excited to follow along on Ana’s next adventures even after she returns home 🤩

This weekend, Linda Bouvier, Denise Huerta, and Jordan Dangerfield had the opportunity to attend the conference in Kingston, Ontario for our Rotary district and learn with and from Rotarian leaders from throughout our region of upstate NY and the neighboring provinces in Canada.

Jordan built a shelter box tent with a team where they had to overcome the challenge that couldn’t speak to each other. Lots of great leadership lessons!

The entire group got to hear from Ramesh Ferris a polio survivor and fellow Rotarian who is from Yukon. Such an inspiring talk reminding everyone what Rotary International still is part of the cause to end polio.

AND we are so proud that Linda was recognized among our peers for her Rotarian service!
