The Fall Festival will be a fun afternoon for our community, and we are especially looking for more trunks to participate in our Trunk-or-Treat!

School families, teachers, staff, clubs, teams, and organizations are all welcome to participate. Decorate a trunk, bring some treats, and help us create a great Trunk-or-Treat experience for Clayton's kids!

🚗 Plan ahead for Tuesday! 🚗

Our traffic map has been updated with a new morning drop-off line procedure that aligns with K-5 arrival and is designed to help keep all of our students, families, and staff safe. Please note that these changes apply to MORNING ARRIVAL ONLY. Dismissal will remain the same as in previous years. Preschool pick-up will be at 3:20 p.m. at the PK Entrance ( #1 on the map).

Please take a few minutes to review the map before Tuesday and plan for the new arrival process:

🕤 Drop-off begins at 9:20 a.m.
➡️ Follow the yellow dotted lines to reach the Drop-Off location ( #3 on the map).
👋 Once you arrive, adults should remain in the vehicle. A staff member will assist your child out of the vehicle, if needed. This is the preferred drop-off method. If you would like to get out and take pictures of your child, please park first rather than stopping in the drop-off line.
➕️Families may also park and walk their child to the PK Entrance ( #1 on the map). However, parking will likely be very limited or unavailable, and families will not be able to enter the building with their child.

We anticipate significant delays as everyone gets familiar with the new process, especially during the first few days. Thank you in advance for your patience, flexibility, and cooperation as we work together to make arrival as safe and smooth as possible for everyone 💙💛
