We are watching people break down in real time and calling it normal.

We are watching families disconnect emotionally and calling it “just how things are.”

We are watching young people struggle internally and calling it “behavior issues.”

We are watching adults carry silent pressure every day and calling it “stress.”

But what if we are mislabeling what we are seeing?

What if it’s not just stress…
What if it’s overload without support?

At some point, we have to stop normalizing what is actually unsustainable.

To the residents of Clayton County District 1 thank you.

Although, this election did not end the way we hoped, I am deeply grateful for every prayer, vote, and conversation throughout this journey.

I ran because I genuinely care about our community, our families, our seniors, our youth, and the future of Clayton County. That commitment does not end with an election.

Thank you again to everyone who stood with me. I will always believe in the power, strength, and potential of our community.
