We will be having a Food Protection Manager Exam session on Monday June 15th at 9:00 a.m. for those interested in obtaining the certification. There is a $35 proctor fee and will be held in the large conference room of the Clay Co. Health Dept. The exam will be conducted through the https://www.statefoodsafety.com website. If you’d like to register for this session please call the health department at 304-587-4269.
