The Warming Center is available (136 W 3rd Street, Junction City, KS) if you find yourself stranded or without heat, water or electricity, Sunday through Wednesday morning. After 9:00pm and before 8:00am you will need a police es**rt for the safety of everyone here. We appreciate your understanding.
