Ever look at the three USD 379 lines on your RNR notice and wonder what they mean? This may help you better understand!

Clay County’s Revenue Neutral Rate notice lists USD 379 on three separate lines, which must be read together to understand the district’s proposed local property taxes. The Board has no control over the state-required 20-mill General Fund levy, while proposed taxes in Board-controlled funds are up just 1.13% from last year.
