Claryville Volunteer Fd Established in 1955, the CVFD’s mission is to prevent the loss of life and property. It provides service for the good and welfare of the community.

It responds to medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, rescue calls, and HazMat incidents. New Officers of the CVFD, 2026

⛔️⚠️ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE⚠️⛔️

Claryville, NY – The Sullivan County Division of Public Works has announced the closure of a portion of Flugertown Road (Town Highway 22) near Claryville and Willowemoc in the Town of Neversink. The closure is necessary to facilitate the replacement of County Bridge 368, which is located approximately 2.5 miles north of the intersection of Willowemoc Road and Brown’s Rd.

The affected section of Flugertown Road will be closed to all traffic beginning at 8:00 a.m. on June 15, 2026. The road is expected to remain closed for approximately four months while construction is completed.

Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow additional travel time during the closure period.

Project Details

Road: Flugertown Road (Town Highway 22)
Location: Approximately 2.5 miles north of the intersection of Willowemoc Road and Browns Road
Purpose: Replacement of County Bridge 368
Closure Begins: June 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

From our incredible vendors to all the community members who stopped by to shop, eat, and take part in the raffles — we truly appreciate your support. It was so great to see everyone come together and make this event such a success!

We couldn’t have done it without all of you!
