Temporary street closure for Spring Creek Parkway construction

Bell Construction, the City of Clarksville’s Phase 2 contractor for construction of Spring Creek Parkway, will be doing work at the Parkway intersection with Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

A temporary street closure at North Edgewood is planned that will enable the Clarksville Street Department to further the second construction phase of Spring Creek Parkway.

This street closure is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, starting at 8 a.m., and continuing through Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 10 p.m.

Utility and roadway work will be undertaken along this section of North Edgewood.

The Spring Creek Parkway construction project is scheduled to reach substantial completion in October 2027.
