At 2:35 PM, a hold up alarm came through.

Within 19 seconds, it was accessed by our Central Station team. Police were dispatched immediately.

They arrived quickly — and a shoplifter was apprehended on scene.

That’s how fast these moments move.

There’s no buildup. No warning. Just a situation that needs to be handled right, right away.

In this case, it meant preventing loss and helping the customer stay in control of their business in the middle of the day.

Those are the moments that matter.

The situation was handled quickly.
The employees were safe.
