Today we are highlighting Sgt. Rachel Tozier, a marksmanship instructor/competitive shooter with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Shotgun Team.

This Pattonsburg, Missouri native shot American Trap for 10 years before joining the U.S. Army in 2017, with a direct assignment to the Home of Champions, where she would begin training in Olympic Trap.

Tozier was a alternate for the Trap Team for the 2021 Olympics. That’s right, after switching to Olympic Trap in just 2017, which is no less than impressive.

This year, she earned a spot on the USA Shooting National Team and later this week, will be competing in the ISSF - International Shooting Sport Federation World Cup in Nicosia, Cyprus. So make sure to follow us for more news on that.
