UPDATE: 8:25pm. Leak has been repaired valves have been reopened. Normal pressure should resume as soon as the system stabilizes. Multiple flushing valves are opened in the area to help alleviate air in the lines. Should you experience air, open a faucet on the cold side only.
8/31/26 6:00pm A main line leak has been located near the 4900 block of Marion Rd. Low pressure and outages can be expected in the following areas. The southside of Hwy 13 near Marion Rd, the 4500 - 4900 block of Marion Rd, Baggett Hollow Rd, Phillips Rd and Louise Creek Rd.

UPDATE: 2:50pm. Leak has been repaired, valves are being re-opened. The system should soon stabilize to normal pressure....

UPDATE: 2:50pm. Leak has been repaired, valves are being re-opened. The system should soon stabilize to normal pressure. Multiple flushing valves will be open around the area to help alleviate air in the lines. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
8/11/26 9:15am. A main line leak has been located on Phillips Rd. The repair will begin at 11:00am.
Outages and low pressure can be expected in the following areas. Phillips Rd, Baggett Hollow, Marion Rd, Snow Rd, Louise Creed Rd, and a portion of Hwy 13 near the above mentioned roads.

UPDATE 8:50pm. Leak has been repaired and valves are being opened now.
There may continue to be areas with low pressure while the system stabilizes.
Multiple flushing valves will be opened around the area to help alleviate air in the lines. If you experience air in your lines, turn on a faucet on the cold water side.

6:00pm 8/7/26 There is a main line leak near the 4600 block of Marion Rd. Outages and low pressure can be expected on Marion Rd, Phillips Rd, Louise, Baggett Hollow, a portion of Hwy 13 and surrounding area. Our Service Crew is onsite and will remain until the leak is repaired.

UPDATE 6:10pm The service crew has completed the repair and backfilling the ditch now. If all continues to go as planned valves will be opened within the hour.
There may continue to be areas with low pressure while the system stabilizes.
Multiple flushing valves will be opened around the area to help alleviate air in the lines. This is normal after a leak of this magnitude. If you experience air in your lines, turn on a faucet on the cold water side. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the problem.
UPDATE 4:15pm. Leak has been located at the 600 block of Salem Rd. Outages and low pressure will occur in the surrounding area. Service Crew will remain onsite until the leak is repaired.
8/3/26 There is a main line leak affecting the area of Antioch Church Rd, Pachuta Trail, Rocky Ford, Belmont,Moody Rd, Ferry Rd and surrounding areas. Trucks are enroute.
We will update as soon as we know more.

Surrounding areas will experience temporary outages and low pressure.

UPDATE: The valve replacement and planned water outage has been RE-SCHEDULED, it will now occur on Friday, June 12th at 9:00am

NOTICE OF PLANNED WATER OUTAGE:
Thursday, June 11th, beginning at 9:00am the CUD service crew will be working on a valve replacement.

The affected areas include:
Palmyra Rd
Oakridge Rd
Corbandale Rd and surrounding areas

Customers in those areas may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water service.

Once the new valve has been installed, water pressure levels should return to normal.
Please note that water may appear cloudy or white due to air in the lines. Multiple flushing valves will be opened to alleviate air in the lines.
If you experience air in your lines, please turn on a cold - water faucet.
