Please be advised that a large oak on the west side of the courthouse is scheduled to be removed on Thursday and Friday, 6/4-6/5. This tree has unfortunately sustained repeated storm damage and has become affected with Hypoxylon Canker which has caused deterioration making this tree unsafe to remain on the Court Square. We have some fun plans in mind for the space. Please exercise caution and avoid this area while the work is being done.
