This National Volunteer Week, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible volunteers of the Asotin County Food Bank. Your time, compassion, and dedication make a real difference in the lives of so many in our community.

Whether you're sorting donations, packing boxes, working the front desk, driving the van, or offering a warm smile, your efforts do not go unnoticed. Because of you, families have access to the support they need, and our community is stronger and more connected.

From November 1st–15th, a portion of every appliance sold at Largent’s Appliance will be donated back to support our communities through Community Action Partnership-Northern Idaho & Asotin County, WA, Community Action Center and Asotin County Food Bank

When you shop local, you help local — making sure families right here at home can share in the warmth of the holiday season. ❤️

Thank you to the girl (middle-school age?) who came in this afternoon. She decided to organize a food drive and brought in 116 pounds of food. We have seen so many acts of kindness this week. 💕👏

Donate at our website or bring food or $$$ to the Food Bank on Maple Street in Clarkston. As you look at this graphic, please help us make sure our Veterans are well cared for, too.

Thank you to all the people who have been coming in this week with food and cash donations in this uncertain time.
Also, people are donating on our website www.asotincountyfoodbank.com. A special thank you to Asotin Elementary School who brought in over 300 pounds of food today. Our warehouse is still looking pretty bare, so we could use all the help you can give us.

The Food Bank's thank you list is long and today we extend a huge shout out to Twin County United Way. Their $$$ support provides over 1380 pouches of food given out the elementary children to tide them over the weekend during the school year through the Back Pack Program. Thank you Twin County United Way.

We provide 228 pouches a week for Parkway, Grantham, Asotin, Heights, Highland and Holy Family School children. PLEASE donate what you can.

Delivery of BackPack pouches starts this week. A special thank you to the students from Clarkston High School who deliver to the four Clarkston School District Schools and to those who pick up the boxes for Asotin. JR delivers to Holy Family. All is going well.

Have you heard of the Innovia Foundation? This foundation is responsible for providing thousands of dollars to help so many nonprofits do good in their communities. We received $15000 from them for food for our BackPack program. A huge Thank You, innovative for helping us feed little tummies.
