🚑 A Milestone Worth Celebrating! 🚑

Today marked an exciting achievement for our Critical Care Transport (CCT) program as our team successfully completed four Critical Care Transport missions in a single day.

Just seven months ago, this unit was placed into service with a vision of expanding advanced critical care capabilities for our community and our regional healthcare partners. Today’s milestone is a testament to the growing demand for this specialized service and the dedication of our paramedics, EMTs, communications staff, and hospital partners who make it possible.

Every CCT transport represents a patient who requires advanced monitoring, specialized medications, and a highly trained clinical team to safely move them between healthcare facilities.

We’re incredibly proud of our crews for their professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, no matter the challenge.

Thank you to our healthcare partners and the communities we serve for trusting us with these critical missions. Here’s to continuing to grow, serve, and provide the highest level of prehospital and interfacility critical care.

Progress through investment and teamwork.

HCES Company 63 has undergone significant exterior improvements that will benefit our crews, our equipment, and the community we proudly serve. Recent upgrades include the installation of a new retaining wall, improved drainage infrastructure, and fresh paving throughout the area.

These enhancements are more than cosmetic, they improve safety, help protect our facility from water damage, provide better access for emergency vehicles, and ensure our station remains ready to answer the call when our community needs us most.

A sincere thank you to everyone involved in planning and completing this project. Your hard work and dedication have made a lasting impact on Company 63 and the future of Harrison County Emergency Squad.

We are proud to announce the arrival of our 15 new ZOLL ZENIX Cardiac Monitor, the latest advancement in prehospital patient care technology.

This state-of-the-art monitor provides our paramedics and EMT's with enhanced capabilities for cardiac monitoring, 12-lead ECG acquisition, defibrillation, pacing, and critical patient assessment. The ZENIX platform delivers faster access to vital patient information, improved connectivity, and advanced clinical decision support, helping our crews provide the highest level of care when every second matters.

Investing in cutting-edge equipment is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional emergency medical services to the residents and visitors we serve.
