With severe weather upon us. We will be starting to test our outdoor storm sirens weekly around noon Thursdays. In the event of a chance of severe weather during testing day we will not test the siren.

With the questions about ebikes, the City of Clark does not have a current ordinance, https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/32-20B is the statue regarding ebikes and the laws that should be followed. We want our kids that are operating ebikes to be safe. If your child has an ebike have a conversation with them about proper operation of them. You will see in the picture there are three classes of ebikes.

With School out and the nice weather, the police department has been getting complaints of kids driving golf carts on city streets. This is not allowed per our ordinance. Driver's of golf carts need a valid driver's license along with insurance.
