The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania is intervening in the lawsuit brought by the Department of Justice against Pennsylvania and Secretary of the Commonwealth, Al Schmidt. The case is part of the administration’s broader effort to compel states to turn over their full voter registration databases, including sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers. The LWVPA is committed to protecting your personal data from political misuse.
