We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for our county-wide baby shower! 💛
Thank you to all the amazing individuals, families, and organizations who showed up to support and celebrate parents and babies in our community. Your generosity, time, and kindness made this event truly special. Because of you, so many families will feel supported and prepared as they welcome their little ones.
It’s inspiring to see our community come together in such a meaningful way. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Please join us for a fun and informative celebration for expectant and new parents. Wright County Public Health, Building Families, Parent Connection and CPPC are hosting a FREE Community Baby Shower for expectant parents and parents of a newborn up to six months of age.
We’re bringing together local resources to support you on your parenting journey. There will be interactive stations covering parenting topics. Limited to the first 50 parents.  Wright County residents only.
This is a come and go event.

We had great time hosting a free family movie night in Belmond in conjunction with the Community Partnership for the Protection of Children and Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. We were able to distribute information about resources available to families in the area and support a local, volunteer run theater. Great night!

We'll be at Fiesta Cultural De Clarion on September 14th, starting at 12pm. We will be making bracelets & sharing resources. Our booth is FREE for ALL AGES.

Staff from Building Families Early Childhood Area, including Parent Connection HHW & Bee Inspired CAPP Program will also be available to chat with & connect to resources. All information, activities, & resources at the booth are FREE! Be sure to stop by while out enjoying the next Bubble Night in downtown !!!!
