A Small Walk for Big Smiles returned to PennWest Clarion this spring, proving that even the smallest steps can make a life-changing difference.

The yearly event raises money to fund cleft lip and palate repair surgeries for children through Operation Smile. Over the past decade, Club Smile has generated nearly $20,000, with 100% of proceeds supporting these transformative surgeries.

This year, more than $2,300 raised will cover 20 surgeries, thanks to a donation match from Operation Smile.
