🚨IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING FOR RESIDENTS 🚨
We’ve recently noticed a surge in interest regarding local underground tunnels following videos posted on YouTube. While these videos might look like an adventure, we are strongly urging everyone to STAY OUT of these areas.

Exploring underground storm drains and tunnels is extremely dangerous for several reasons:

1. Flash Flooding: Even if it isn’t raining in your immediate area, storm drains can fill with rushing water in seconds, leaving no way out.

2. Toxic Gases & Low Oxygen: Dangerous gases like methane can accumulate in confined spaces, and oxygen levels can drop without warning, leading to immediate unconsciousness.

3. Structural Risks: Many of these old passages are unstable, prone to collapses, or filled with sharp debris and biological hazards.

4. No Cell Service: If you get hurt or trapped, you likely won’t be able to call for help.

Please, don't risk your life for a "cool" photo or video. These areas are off-limits and trespassing is a punishable offense.

Let’s keep our community safe. If you see someone attempting to enter a restricted drainage area, please contact local authorities.
