Rural Water District #3 is excited to announce that we have implemented a NEW customer portal as of October 1, 2025. If you are currently enrolled in Autopay, your current Autopay arrangement will remain with the previous provider. Your Autopay will deduct as it always has; nothing will change at this time. Once the new customer portal is active for Autopay, you will then need to re-enroll. The portal is currently active, and you can set up a profile with Nexbillpay if you wish, but you will not be able to set up your Autopay until we send you another email confirming that it is available to set up on the Nexbillpay portal. Please do not change anything with your current autopay, so it will continue to process as needed.
