CASA of Northeast Oklahoma We are a regional court appointed special advocate program serving kids in northeast Oklahoma.

The CASA movement is central to fulfilling society’s most fundamental obligation by making sure a qualified, compassionate adult will fight for and protect a child’s right to be safe, to be treated with dignity and respect and to learn and grow in the safe embrace of a loving family.

Emily Bowling, Kit Waters Ulrey and Mark Ogle had the honor of representing CASA of Northeast Oklahoma at the Ottawa County United Way of Oklahoma Kick-Off Campaign Breakfast event Thursday morning in Miami! The Ottawa County United Way has been a longtime supporter of CASA of Northeast Oklahoma and the advocacy services we provide to foster children in Ottawa County. We greatly appreciate Ottawa County United Way and campaign sponsors' continued support and partnership in Helping Change A Child's Life For The Better!

It is our honor and pleasure to announce some very exciting news! CASA of Northeast Oklahoma has been selected by the Tulsa Area United Way as a new partner agency! The Tulsa Area United Way now covers the counties of Delaware, Mayes and Rogers. We look forward to working with the Tulsa Area United Way and joining such a great group of nonprofit organizations working everyday to improve our communities! It is so true, "Together We Can Change The Life Of A Child For The Better"!
