Hey Everyone!
This is Shea the Housing Coordinator at Oasis and I just wanted to let everyone know my last day working here is tomorrow as I’m off to new adventures🥹♥️. It has been a pleasure meeting, networking, and connecting with every single person that I have come into contact with. Thank you to everyone who has helped our residents and my hope is that you continue to support our kiddos here 💞. I have enjoyed every piece of working with our young people and providing them with resources to become successful. To every resident I love yal so much and I hope you guys continue to push forward in life. It has been a pleasure working with everyone of you!

Excuse us for the late post, but HAPPY NEW YEARS! We just wanted to thank EVERYONE who has Adopted A Resident, donated items to the shelter, even baked goodies and those who even bought stuff for our donation drive for the One-4-All Childcare Center! ❤️‍🔥 Even though we couldn’t bake you special treats your generosity didn’t go unnoticed. Every single one of you have made the holiday season so special in so many ways for our young people you have no idea! We hope everyone has an amazing new year and once again thank you to our community and our surrounding communities who support us in every kind of way!

Good afternoon,

For everyone who has adopted a resident and haven’t dropped off presents yet you can tomorrow. Our second shift person is out sick today so there will be no staff here to take the presents if you come after 4pm.

We can also pick up tomorrow morning before the snow comes. Just email Shea at [email protected] to make arrangements.

We can’t express how much we love Rachel Naugler here 🥹🙏🏽. We appreciate your kind words and how much you value our staff and our residents. Can we just brag a bit about Rachel?! She is literally our #1 supporter. If staff needs a lift me up here comes Rachel with her bomb chocolate chip cookies bringing them for our staff meetings. If a resident is selling something Rachel and her husband are there buying some goodies! Blankets, shelter supplies and whatever we need she makes it happens. She makes sure residents AND staff are feeling supported and we can’t thank her enough! ❤️‍🔥

We hope to see everyone here at 169 Main St TODAY between 5pm - 7pm . We will be serving Chili , Corn Bread, Cookies and Apple Cider ♥️. Come and meet the staff and residents as they are excited to show off their rooms. Learn about our programs and get a tour of our shelter. We will also be going Facebook live as well for those who can’t make it, but for those who can we can’t wait to see your beautiful faces!

One of our young moms in the shelter has asked us to share this with everyone. She has lost her job due to this accident and is unable to receive her certificate for childcare, in which she is truly devastated about. She is seeking some assistance to get back on her feet and obtain reliable transportation for her and her baby. Anything helps :) Please share with your friends and family.
