It ain’t easy being cheesy! Students completed a macaroni and cheese lab last week. Objectives included making a roux and béchamel sauce.

Last week students completed an Herb Roasted Chicken lab. We purchased chickens from the Clare-Gladwin CTE agriscience program. Their program raised the chickens and had them processed at Ebel’s market. Each student prepared their own whole chicken with a garlic butter compound. The chickens were also trussed and roasted.
