🚌 School buses are back on the road, and that means it’s time for all of us to slow down and pay attention!

A few extra seconds of patience can help keep a child safe.

🛑 When the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is out...STOP!
👀 Watch for children crossing the street or walking near bus stops.
🚗 Give buses plenty of space and never try to pass a stopped school bus.
📵 Put the phone down and keep your eyes on the road.

Their school day starts and ends with a safe ride. Let’s help make sure they get there safely!

The City of Clara City Water Boil Advisory that was in effect is now lifted! It is recommended that residents run their faucets for 2 minutes to flush any old water out of their pipes.

🚨 BOIL WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT 🚨

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for the City of Clara City until further notice.

Please bring all water used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing fruits and vegetables & preparing food to a rolling boil for at least one minute, then allow it to cool before use.

🚑📡 We’re officially LIVE in CC!

Clara City Ambulance is excited to launch our partnership with AVEL Telehealth. This pilot program will be available for five years on participating services- with the hope to continue through research, data, & legislative funding.

This new resource gives our EMS teams direct access to telehealth services, helping us expand our knowledge, resources, and ability to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Patients will always be asked for consent before using this additional care feature, which will focus on high-acuity calls such as traumas, strokes, and other critical medical emergencies.

This is an exciting step forward for EMS and our community! We’re proud to be part of this innovative project and look forward to seeing the impact it will have on patient care across the region . 💙🚑

CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is a critical and time sensitive process that anyone can learn to do that could help save a life.

The Clara City Ambulance will be hosting a class at 9am on September 12th at the Clara City Community Center for anyone interested.

Cost will be $50 and certifications will be emailed to you following the class.

We had the best time celebrating prairie fest with all of you- thank you so much for the continued support to our crew and service! An awesome night in the park- you guys always show up! ❤️

Opportunities like this mean so much to us & our community. They give kids and adults a chance to see these incredible emergency resources up close, ask questions, and learn about the teamwork that goes into providing lifesaving care.
